Our Story
PB&J started in a single little office space in Enoch next to the pizza place with a vision to provide quality mental health services to the small town and surrounding areas that have always been our home. Our clients shared that they love being able to walk out from a session and have a few moments to take in some fresh air, the beautiful farm fields and have a moment of simpleness before jumping back into life.
We began expanding after a few years in order to work further towards the vision of where we are today. We have always valued the mental health benefits of the farm style home feel with animals that are excited to see you and space to slow down.
We strive to provide healing processes from the services offered as well as the energy that the environment can offer the mind and body. We have vision and goals for continued growth in our offerings while still maintaining a peaceful and welcoming environment.

At PB&J, we are dedicated to fostering a safe, affordable, and accessible environment where healing thrives. Our compassionate team is committed to supporting your journey toward mental wellness with personalized care, understanding, and respect. PB&J offers a wide variety of resources including mental health counseling, massage therapy and medication management. We have providers who practice evidence-based treatment to support a full mind and body healing process. We accept most major insurances and are able to explore a variety of resources for those in need, including our sliding scale fee or church clergies/bishops.
