We often pull the word Mindfulness out of our therapist emotional tool box, but so many people are unaware of what this really means. Mindfulness is Mind and Body Awareness.

Tip: Find a method of mindfulness that you can connect with and are willing to engage. (meditation is not everyone’s cup of tea)
